Important Notes:

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging before RMA support can be processed. Use good lighting and capture images from a moderate distance to ensure the issue is visible. File sizes should be under 2MB for submission through the Help Center.
  • Once the returned item is received and confirmed as defective, we will refund the return shipping cost based on a valid receipt (e.g., if the price is USD 25, the same amount will be refunded). If our technical team determines the item is not DOA (Dead on Arrival), 
  • BASICS PRINTDESK will not reimburse the return shipping fee. Refunds for return shipping without a valid RMA receipt will not be accepted.

7-Day DOA Guarantee

If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, contact our Help Center for RMA support within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost (return shipping fees will also be reimbursed). If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you can request a full refund.

10-Day Defective Product Policy

For certain items, if a defect is identified within 10 days of delivery, you can return the item for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will not be covered for these cases.

Warranty Coverage and Exceptions

  • Normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused during use, are not covered under warranty.
  • All claims are subject to evaluation by our technical team.
  • Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility except for DOA cases.
  • Replacements will be sent via Flat Rate Shipping; expedited options are available at an additional cost.
  • Repairs or upgrades beyond warranty coverage, along with associated shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter an issue, follow these steps:

  • Describe the problem in detail, including what happened, when, and how. Provide your full order number and product SKU.
  • List any troubleshooting steps you have already attempted.
  • Include the product code from the external packaging.
  • Submit clear photos or videos of the defect(s) with good lighting.

Note: Ensure all images/videos are clear and under good lighting conditions to help us verify the issue promptly.

Missing, Incorrect, or Mixed Items

  • Carefully inspect the package and contents before signing for it.
  • If there’s an issue, contact the Help Center with your order number and SKU code. Provide a clear photo of the packaging, shipping labels, and the item(s) received.

Possible Resolutions:

  • Missing items will be resent at no cost within the warranty period.
  • Incorrect items can be refunded in full or exchanged. 
  • BASICS PRINTDESK may request the incorrect item be returned, with return shipping costs reimbursed upon receipt.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 3-6 business days of receiving the returned item. Refund times depend on the payment method:

  • Credit Card Refunds: Depending on your card provider, they typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Transactions

  • All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
  • No refunds will be processed without proper verification.
  • In cases of billing errors, contact us within 3 business days to request a refund.
